By: Elise Broach.
Illustrated By: Kelly Murphy.

This book is interesting because the main character is, well a beetle!
So obviously the genre of this book is: Fantasy.
I recommend this book to anyone. I give this book a 4 out of 5. I did not give a 5 because this book has a large amount of tell instead of show. I have to admit it bothered me a little. But otherwise the book was fantastic!
Especially The drawing were so rich with detail that I could not wait to turn the page and see the picture!

The summary:
The main character is a beetle and he lives with his family in the Pompadays's cupboard.
His name is Marvin.
So James Pompaday had his birthday and he did not get any super exciting presents at all. But the only good present he got is: A Pen-and-Ink Set.
So risk taker Marvin draws a picture for James, but James ends up with all the credit!
The drawing resembles a Durer. Their are four long lost drawings of the Durer. Will James and Marvin find the drawings or will they fail?
Well if you want to know just read and find out!
Have you ever read it? Well then comment your review and what you thought about this book. If you have not read this book then still comment your predictions! :)
See you in the next post!
